Syed Mohib Hussain

Syed Mohib Hussain is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, global business operator, sales and marketing leader, and TEDx speaker with more than 12 years of experience building and scaling businesses across Pakistan, Sweden, Botswana, and South Africa.

Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he has been involved in ventures that have collectively created more than 1,000 jobs, generated over $20 million in direct sales, and managed more than $100 million in assets.

His professional experience spans multiple industries, including real estate, hospitality, mining, sales, marketing, investment, and business development. In the real estate sector, he founded Homes by Nine in 2019 after returning to Pakistan, introducing an affordable designer-home model. He later founded Nine Keys Pvt. Ltd. and developed the first international hotel in Rawalpindi, Best Western Rawalpindi Central, in 2025. He has also delivered projects through Revenue Engines, including Ramada Plaza Sky Luxe Mall, and is associated with projects including Pearl Continental Kaghan and Fasana.

Syed Mohib Hussain is also recognized as a TEDx speaker, where he shared his entrepreneurial journey, the challenges and setbacks he encountered, and his experience rebuilding businesses through difficult circumstances.

He currently serves as Founder of AnchorM, Chairman of REMAX At Properties, and Lead Partner at Lead Sandbox, focusing on business growth, investment, entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing.
